I purchased this recumbent bike April 2010. It arrived in an exceedingly broken box and when inspection the wiring harness was broken. it's being came back. in an exceedingly follow-up email to Amazon, I learned that this unit was discontinued in 2008 which Treadmill Doctor is selling off the remaining units. it's not well worth the value.
